Legal Risk Control Department

Take charge of building of the Group’s internal legal management system, legal management, contract audit and management, collection and preparation of policies and administrative regulations on corporate business, participate in and provide legal supports for corporate investment and financing as well as other major business activities; build and continuously improve the Group’s internal control specifications and establish a major risk warning system; specify the project management operation procedure and risk control procedure, and make systematic plans for investment risks, operation risks, financial risks, legal risks, policy risks, etc.
